2. Shipping Delivery Estimates

In-Stock Items:
We’ll process your order in 1–2 business days.
Pre-Order Items:
Usually restocked within 30 days (specific timelines are shown on each product page). Once restocked, we’ll ship it within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Timeline:
Once shipped, most packages on standard delivery take around 6–12 business days, depending on your location.

  •  Times are measured in business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

3. Order Tracking 

Once your package ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking info usually becomes available within 24–48 hours. You’ll be able to follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep 🛫📦

Australia, Canada, UK & Europe:
We always try to make your shopping experience smooth, but your order may still be subject to import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Other International Regions:
Your order may be subject to customs duties or taxes when it arrives. These fees vary by country and are paid by the customer.
Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these charges and can’t predict the exact amount.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we won’t be able to cover the reshipping cost.
